Congratulations to Ethan Morgan, a Sports Scholar at Downside School in Somerset who has just been selected for the Wales rugby U18 training camp in July.
Ethan believes that the opportunities given to him at Downside have helped him to push even further forward in his sport, and he has learnt a great deal from fellow Downside rugby players.
“Here at Downside School, many opportunities have opened up for me as a rugby player,” he explained. “Recently I was part of the Bath Academy U17s program, and have been invited to be a part of their U18s training squad for the 2020 season. I also took part in the Welsh Exiles squad this season. But things have got even better this week with the news that I have been selected for the Wales U18 training camp, with the possibility of being selected for their Summer tour to South Africa.”
