The Pinwheel Galaxy is a spiral-shaped galaxy about 21 million light years away from Earth. It is found in the constellation Ursa Major and with a nice, dark sky, you can see it with binoculars or a small telescope. Come and make your own spinning version of the Pinwheel Galaxy! Free with normal admission to the museum; drop-in activity available all day.
