News, events and schools' information for families across Bath and West Wiltshire

A new type of kids summer camp is coming to Bath, providing fun events and education to children with the aim of increasing their confidence and encouraging awareness about their physical and mental wellbeing.

Kate Garden from Flow explained, “At Flow we are passionate about educating children to understand the importance of their own wellbeing. Our kids are under increasing pressure in our modern world and feeling more stressed than ever. So Flow provides sessions to help them to learn simple and fun techniques that will build their resilience. We connect, breathe, laugh and move through Zumba, cooking, yoga, doodling and much more. Kids love to Flow through our summer clubs, after schools clubs, workshops and parties. Our team of teachers and nutritionists deliver the perfect balance to engage, educate and inspire.”

Kate added that the Flow camps deliver activities including cooking, yoga, mindfulness, art, Zumba, art, doodling and HIIT classes. “Our team is made up of experienced teachers and qualified experts who provide various fun and interactive sessions based around a passion for empowering children and helping them to make healthy choices for their bodies and minds.”

The Flow Kids Summer Camps take place on 2 and 15 August, with places available for half and full day sessions, as well as extended hours.
