Is your child the next Bruno Mars, Beyonce, Ed Sheeran or Ariana Grande?
VOX Pop & Soul Choir is on the look out for 8-15 year olds who enjoy singing and performing funky, uplifting and soulful music. Established in 2005 by choral director Tim King, VOX performs a diverse range of contemporary music from pop, through to soul, RnB, rock and gospel – whilst learning and developing confidence, harmony, performance skills, lead vocals and choreography.
The choir, which was recently featured in an online advert for the FIFA World Cup 2018, perform in several concerts and festivals each year. In the past VOX have sung at venues such as Longleat, the egg, University of Bath, Chapel Arts Centre and St George’s Bristol.
VOX has recorded at the world famous Real World Studios and can be heard on the BBC Children In Need album – performing live and recording with Lee Mead and Hayley Westenra – and singing with Vocal Works Gospel Choir on ‘A Soulful Christmas’. In November VOX will be heading into the studio to record a charity single which will be released in December.
Term time rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings – with a FREE trial session being held on 5 September.
