The Photo Club is holding a series of photography workshops over the April holidays and specially designed for children aged 9-16.

“These holiday clubs are a great way to offer young people the chance to get involved in some creative photography activities,” explained Kez Hawkins of The Photo Club. “All sessions are at a discounted price of £10. The sessions are open to anyone wanting to try something new or improve on a hobby they have.”

Snap Back In Time
Museum of Bath at Work, Bath
10.30am-2.30pm
Age range 9-15 years

Young people will get the opportunity to use a DSLR camera and learn tips and techniques along the way. A tour of the museum gives plenty of opportunity to ask lots of questions and learn about the history of Bath.

Wednesday 10 April
Introduction To Photography

10-11am Introduction to Photography ages 7-11
11.15am-12.15pm Light Painting ages 7-11
1-2pm Introduction to Photography ages 12-16
2.30-3.30pm Light Painting ages 12-16
4-5pm Light painting with Flash ages 13-17

Thursday 11 April
Farm Day
Bath City Farm, Kelston View, Bath
10.30am-2.30pm
Age range 10-15 years

Enjoy a day at the farm learning about the animals and basic photography skills. Young people will go on a hunt around the farm to find the perfect image for their photography challenge.

Age range 9-15 years
