The Santosha Studio in Chippenham is running a series of yoga and pilates classes in the new year for mums, babies, toddlers and older children.

“Santosha Studio is a place of sanctuary, especially designed for teaching yoga and pilates,” explained Fiona McIntosh. “We offer an inviting and nurturing space, the environment is one of empowerment where everyone, regardless of age, experience or ability is made to feel welcome.

“We are open seven days a week and have a packed schedule of daily yoga drop in classes and a whole range of courses at different times of the day; Yoga for Beginners, Yoga for Teens, Yoga for Children, Yoga for Pre-Pregnancy, just to name a few. We also have a fully equipped Pilates Studio offering private sessions.

“In addition, we also host a wide range of workshops with something scheduled almost every weekend.”

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga can help expectant mums get through their pregnancy and with delivery as it both relaxes and strengthens. Suitable for every woman post first trimester (13 weeks).

Baby Massage
