VOX Pop & Soul Choir has announced that its weekly sessions will resume in person at Widcombe Social Club from 21 April.
VOX has been running for nearly 16 years and is the group for children (aged 8-15) who love singing. Under the guidance of professional musical director and performance coach, singers learn to sing and perform the latest pop songs, along with pop, soul and rock classics.
We will be following all the Covid-related guidelines to ensure that our sessions are safe for the singers to attend – including keeping the singers two metres apart throughout, carrying out additional cleaning and taking temperature checks upon arrival,” explained Musical Director Tim King.
“We’re so excited to be returning to real life rehearsals with everyone next month. Keeping the weekly sessions going via Zoom has been amazing, but nothing beats seeing and hearing everyone in the same room together. We have lots of exciting projects coming up – which will include a recording session – so we can’t wait!”
