News, events and schools' information for families across Bath and West Wiltshire

Mulberry Park Educate Together Primary in Bath has a limited number of Year 3 places available for September 2021.

The school opened in 2018, in the heart of the Mulberry Park community, with a clear aim to develop the school as a community asset where families and residents can come together, supporting learning for pupils and adults alike, and building strong relationships.

“At Mulberry Park ET we believe that an education based around values and ethics, and underpinned by academic rigour allows our pupils to explore their full range of ideas and skills,” said Sarah Phillips, Headteacher. “We live by the mottos ‘No Child an Outsider’ and ‘Learn Together to Live Together’, and operate to four binding principles: equality; co-educational; child-centred; and democratically run.

Outdoors spaces and play opportunities are a core part of the school’s day

“Staff and parents work alongside their children to empower and explore through learning opportunities, events and experiences. The beautiful new building provides light, spacious classrooms, a large school hall for events and sports and integrated library spaces. Outside we have a multi-use games area, 4G sports pitch, playground, quiet area and climbing equipment.

“In addition to physical space, our dedicated catering team provide freshly prepared, delicious meals with produce from local suppliers to ensure pupils are well fuelled for learning! Breakfast and afterschool clubs are also available.

Outdoor learning and play are a key part of our curriculum at Mulberry Park ET. Enjoyable learning is an important part of wellbeing, so we are excited to start using our excellent outdoor spaces to the full in September.”
