News, events and schools' information for families across Bath and West Wiltshire

255 Year 7 students from The Corsham School, along with their tutors and other members of staff, have taken part in an Elf Run to raise money for Dorothy House, which provides care and support for people in the community with a life-limiting illness. The event saw the Year 7 elves, wearing green and red elf hats with ears, running around the The Corsham School field, with nine teachers joining in with the festive spirit, dressing as Santas as they too ran a lap or two too!

Miss Fairbairn, Head of Year 7 at The Corsham School, said, “I am proud of all the Year 7 students who participated enthusiastically, laughing and smiling as they took part in a Christmas themed warm up, the sponsored run itself and the Christmas singing warm down!

“Many thanks to Clare from Dorothy House who started the race and to all Year 7 tutors who also took part.”
