Southwest charity FearFree, is holding a Danceathon to raise funds to help people affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking.

The Danceathon will take place at Cumberwell Park Golf Club, Bradford on Avon, over the last weekend  in September, from 6pm to 11:30pm on Friday 29 September and again 9:45am ending at 2pm on Saturday 30 September.

The Danceathon will bring the Wiltshire dance community together as instructors and clubs host a range of fun sessions to get the public moving, from a Charleston dance lesson to Zumba, as well as an extra special children’s dance party. Suitable for all abilities.

Entry to the event is just £5 per person or £10 per family.

Jess Gay, Head of Fundraising at FearFree, said, “Put on your dancing shoes and join us as we dance to make a difference! Our Danceathon is the perfect opportunity to have fun and raise money to help people live free from fear and abuse.

“It’s the perfect Friday night out, with friends or colleagues, or a great Saturday morning workout!

“Last year we received 14,000 referrals from adults and children who needed our support. By taking part in the Danceathon, you’ll be helping us to keep providing our life changing services. Join us, have fun and dance to make a difference.”
