The Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein super scary After Dark – Nights To Die For is back from 11-31 October – if you dare!

With new psychological twists and terrors, it offers an evening of total darkness, confinement and an assault on the senses for brave visitors to the 300-year-old town house in central Bath this Halloween season.

In this psychologically disturbing, multi-sensory experience, visitors will be immersed in disorientating darkness, isolation and confinement, and encounter new special effects, mazes, crawl spaces and live actors throughout.  

After Dark invites visitors to –

  • Venture inside a 300-year-old house and negotiate unnerving rooms in total darkness.
  • Avoid capture by The Cleansers while navigating their way through the building, and risk separation from their party – then plot a course through disorientating labyrinths and confined spaces to be reunited with their friends.
  • Enter the mysterious Laboratory Apothecary brimming with curious elixirs for deadly shots of courage.
  • Brave the sinister underbelly of the House in the extreme basement walkthrough experience.
  • Escape capture from the deranged scientist dwelling in the eerie attic Escape Room – Victor’s Lair.

The event is not suitable for anyone under 15 years. Anyone 15-17 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years +.

Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein’s After Dark will run from 6pm -10.30pm (last admission 9.45pm) between the 11 – 31 October 2024 on selected dates.

Throughout October, Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein is open daily for the multi-sensory museum and Escape Rooms. Opening hours are Friday to Sunday 11am to 5pm (last entry 4pm), and Saturdays 10am – 5pm (last entry 4pm).
