Wincanton Racecourse is delighted to announce the return of its much-loved Family Raceday on Sunday, 13th April, promising a day packed with excitement and entertainment for all ages. The annual event, which continues to grow in popularity year on year, will feature a carnival twist for 2025, offering an unforgettable and affordable day out for families.
In addition to an exciting seven-race card, racegoers can enjoy a lively array of free activities throughout the day. From classic funfair stalls like tin can alley and hook a duck to a giant bouncy castle, climbing wall, crazy golf, garden games and a skittle alley, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained.
On the track, the excitement continues with not just horse racing but also a children’s race, a parents’ race and a jockey space hopper race. Guests can also test their strength on the high striker or add a bit of sparkle with a visit to the glitter artist station.
