One of those happy customers was Mr Sullivan from Bath, who explained to Steve, “On a recent visit to Bath, my partner (pictured above) came across your Bath Carpets and Flooring Shop in Kingsmead Street. As we were looking to have a carpet and lino fitted at our home, she decided to pop in and have a chat.
“She was very impressed with the friendly, helpful and informative way the store staff were towards her. Their selection of carpet and lino was large and varied, with advice on what would be the best options for the areas, we explained needed to be covered.
“Without seeing our property, the member of staff gave us as much information about underlay and the fittings as they could. My partner then chose the carpet and lino she liked. An appointment was made for a visit to our home, to see the rooms and take measurements, with a quote following shortly after.
“The fitter, Adam, arrived punctually. We had a quick chat, and found him to be very friendly and approachable. My partner and I left him to it, and in what seemed very little time to us, Adam had the job done. Adam asked us to have a good look at everything he had done and let him know if we were happy with it.
“We both took a close look at the carpet and lino, while Adam cleared up. We were very pleased with both rooms.
“Both of us would like to thank Bath Carpets and Flooring and Adam of course, for a great job done. Their professionalism, friendly, helpful nature throughout the entire job, was first class, we recommend highly.”

“Once we had chosen the colour we wanted, I got back in contact with the shop and gave the code name of the sample so that the shop could order the stock, while I paid a deposit to secure my fitting. I was then giving a date that suited me around my work schedule and was very happy with the fitter who turned up to fit my chosen carpet, He was very polite and took away all the rubbish.
“It’s always a pleasure to visit the shop as the workers are very welcoming. We returned our sample and thanked the team in person. Would happily recommend Bath Carpets and Flooring to friends and family.”
