Bath Mind, in collaboration with an experienced drama facilitator, is launching Drama in Mind – a new series of creative wellbeing workshops this August, and young people aged 16–25 are being encouraged to take part.

Starting Thursday 7 August, the sessions aim to offer a safe and supportive space for young people to express themselves, connect with others and build confidence through drama-based activities. Whether you’re into storytelling, improvisation or just looking to try something new, no previous drama experience is needed.

What participants can expect:

  • Creative drama games and expressive activities
  • The chance to learn drama skills through teamwork
  • A focus on confidence, wellbeing, and having fun

Two weekly groups will be offered over the six-week programme:

  • Youth Sessions (Ages 16–25): Thursdays, 3–4pm
  • All-Ages Sessions (18 and over): Thursdays, 12–1pm

All sessions will take place at Breathing Space, Beauford House, BA1 1HL, a welcoming central Bath venue.
