Bath City Football Club is coming together to celebrate every part of the women and girls’ game on Saturday 29 November, opening the gates to all girls aged 16 and under for free entry to their home match against Enfield.
The day will shine a spotlight on the female football journey across the Bath City family — from the youngest youth players to the senior women’s team.

At half time, Bath City Women will take to the pitch alongside girls’ teams from Bath City Youth to parade the silverware they lifted last season, marking a fantastic year of success across the women’s and girls’ game in Bath.
After the match, celebrations will continue in Charlie’s Bar, where supporters can enjoy Happy Hour prices and watch The Lionesses on the big screen with members of the women’s team.
Jane Jones, Director of Women’s Football at Bath City, said, “When our women’s team won the Somerset Junior Cup last season, we always intended to celebrate and show off the trophy at a men’s match. But I quickly realised that across the Bath City family, women and girls have a lot to celebrate — from our youth teams to the Foundation’s women and girls’ programmes.
“We’ve chosen this match as it coincides with the Lionesses game, so it’s the perfect chance to bring everyone together. We want it to be a fun, inclusive day that celebrates female football and the progress we’re all making together.”
Fans will also have the chance to see Bath City’s limited edition third kit in action on the pitch, with more activities planned throughout the afternoon.
The event is a celebration of unity and community spirit — showcasing that Bath City’s men’s, women’s, and youth teams are all part of one club, sharing the same values, the same home, and the same supporters.
