Calling all dads, uncles and grandads across Wiltshire – a free men’s health and wellbeing programme is launching in Corsham and Trowbridge this January.
Following a successful first course in Chippenham, the Healthy Man programme is expanding to support more men to become active, healthier and more confident.
What is the Healthy Man programme?

Healthy Man is a free, 12-week physical activity and wellbeing programme run by Wiltshire Council.
It is designed for men who are less active or looking to achieve a healthier weight, offering a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
Who is the programme for?
The programme is open to men of all ages and abilities, particularly those who may feel unsure about returning to exercise or who want to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
Sessions combine gym workouts, fitness classes, sports and walking groups, alongside practical nutrition advice and wellbeing support.
Where and when do sessions take place?
New courses will run at Springfield Community Campus in Corsham and Trowbridge Sports Centre in Trowbridge from January.
Sessions are completely free, but places are limited.
