Since launching in July 2025, the camps at King Edward’s Junior School have proved hugely popular with families across Bath, earning glowing reviews for their creativity, energy and varied activity line-up.

2026 Camp Dates

• February Half-Term: Monday 16 – Friday 20 February
• Easter Holidays: Tuesday 7 – Friday 17 April
• May Half-Term: Tuesday 26 – Friday 29 May
• Summer Holidays: Monday 13 July – Friday 28 August
• October Half-Term: Monday 19 – Friday 30 October (booking opens later in 2026)
• Christmas Holidays: Thursday 17 – Wednesday 23 December (booking opens later in 2026)

Camps are based at King Edward’s Junior School on North Road, where children enjoy access to a meadow, outdoor play areas, sports facilities and specialist rooms including art, DT and science.

Sessions are split into Mini Explorers for ages 5–8 and Young Adventurers for ages 9–12.

Days run from 8.30am-4.15pm, with extended care available from 8am–5pm.
There is also on-site parking to make drop-off and pick-up easy for families.

KES Adventures promises an activity programme packed with excitement, creativity and outdoor time.

Children can try laser tag, zorbing, nerf battles, soft archery, arts and crafts, team challenges and more.

Fridays bring the camp’s much-loved party day, featuring fancy dress, inflatables, party games and a BBQ lunch.

During the summer holidays, slip-and-slide races provide an extra burst of fun.

Feedback from parents has been extremely positive. One review said, “We’ve tried all the holiday clubs in Bath – this is the best.”

Another added, “Lucy had an amazing time today. She was so happy and bouncy. She said it was the best camp so far,” while a young camper summed it up simply as “just generally awesome.”

Families are urged to book their places as soon as possible

Prices start from £54 per day, with discounts for siblings and full-week bookings. Tax-Free Childcare is accepted and a limited number of childcare vouchers are available.

KES Adventures says places fill quickly and is encouraging families to book early, particularly for the spring and summer holidays. The team says they are excited to welcome even more young adventurers in 2026.
