Pupils at The Paragon School in Bath are celebrating exceptional success in their recent LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) drama exams, with 31 children from Years 3–6 awarded prestigious Distinction certificates.
The achievements span a range of disciplines, including verse and prose, as well as solo, duo and group acting, reflecting both the pupils’ talent and their dedication to developing their performance skills.
Head of school Malcolm Bond said, “I am so proud of every single pupil – what an achievement this is! We are so lucky to have so many budding actors at The Paragon. Huge thanks to their brilliant teacher for her work with the children and for preparing them so well.”
The success highlights not only the pupils’ commitment to weekly lessons, but also the additional practice they have put in beyond the classroom.
The Paragon School continues to place a strong emphasis on nurturing confidence, creativity and curiosity, with the arts playing a key role in school life.
