Young people looking to meet new friends and enjoy new experiences can choose from a wide range of open-access youth clubs across Bath.
These relaxed, inclusive sessions offer primary and secondary-aged children and young people a safe place to socialise, develop new skills and have fun. From sports and creative activities to outdoor adventures, there’s something to suit a variety of interests.
While some of the clubs are term time only, others do hold holiday sessions. Before attending, it’s always worth contacting the organiser. Some clubs require advance registration and every group has its own atmosphere, so it’s worth checking which is the best fit for your child.

Bath City Farm
Bath City Farm offers several free sessions throughout the week, giving young people the chance to spend time outdoors, care for animals, learn practical skills and improve their wellbeing.
After School Club
- Who? Ages 5-11 living in Twerton, Whiteway and Southdown
- When? Thursday, 4pm-5.30pm
- Activities include caring for animals, cooking, gardening, woodworking, climbing trees, den building and more.
Farm Hands
- Who? Ages 11-16 living locally
- When? Tuesday, 4pm-5.30pm
- A hands-on outdoor session focused on animal care and nature.
Wellbeing Wednesdays
- Who? Ages 16-25
- When? Wednesday, 3pm-4.30pm
- A relaxed drop-in featuring arts and crafts, practical activities and nature-based wellbeing.

Batheaston Youth Club
Weekly sessions where young people can relax, connect and enjoy football, basketball, table tennis, gymnastics, music, board games, arts and crafts, and cooking.
