Bath Mindfulness Trail
An event every day that begins at 12:00 am, repeating until 17th January 2021
A week of events inviting you on an individual journey through a nature trail of mindfulness across the city. Spend time alone with yourself, your senses, and feelings and organize your thoughts through simple mindfulness activities bringing awareness to your body and the presence, that hopefully will resonate long after taking the trail.
Participants will need a smartphone with accessible data and headphones. It will take place in different green areas around the city. A map of location points where in each a mindfulness activity will be carried out will be provided. To receive the directions for the activity participants will need to scan a QR Code that will be displayed at the given location point.
