Discover the secrets of award-winning cheeses with a cheese making masterclass, followed by a tour, cheese tasting and lunch.  You will spend the day with expert cheese makers and discover the art of making delicious cheeses in this immersive experience guiding you through the process of making Bath Soft Cheese, sharing the history of cheese making and go on a tour of the cheese making and maturing rooms.

There will also be a chance to mould up the curds for some Wyfe of Bath cheese and tasting of all the artisan cheeses and have lunch in the cafe before making some fresh mozzarella to take home as well as the Bath Soft Cheese once matured. Suitable for over 16 years only.
