HENRY Healthy Families course at Radstock Children’s Centre

An event every week that begins at 12:15 pm on Thursday, repeating until 27th June 2024
A free, nationwide, evidence based, supportive family course, bringing parents/carers together in order to provide their children with the best start in life. The course aims to support physical and emotional wellbeing, covering nutrition, physical activity, portion sizes, screen time, looking after yourself, exploring children’s and parent/carer’s feelings, and managing challenging behaviour. A relaxed and informal course giving parents/carers the opportunity to share experiences and ideas with other families.
