HENRY Healthy Families Programme
27th April 2022 – 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
An opportunity to share ideas and experiences with other families in a safe environment. Free for parents and carers of children aged 0-5 years old with lots of fantastic resources.
The resource will help you feel more confident as a parent, provide ideas for physical activities, ideas for meals for the whole family, lifestyle habits and suggestions to enjoy life as a family. You will also receive a free toolkit with lots of fantastic resources.
5 May session in person at Radstock Children’s Centre.
