Resilient Teen in the Woods with Bath Mindfulness
October 1 – 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Friday, repeating until 15th October 2021
A unique six-week course covering numerous mindfulness-based techniques to help handle stress, anxiety and low self-esteem. Techniques include meditations, breathing exercises, positive self-talk, assertiveness training and mindful listening. A copy of “Resilient Teen” is included to learn more and practice the meditations at home.
