A combination of mindfulness, NLP, positive self-talk, and CBT to help teens overcome adversity in life. Learn tools to handle stress and anxiety when faced with a setback, how to release emotions healthily with self-compassion, techniques that boost self-esteem and self-acceptance, reframing negative thinking and shifting towards a more positive outlook, and discover unique character strengths and empowerment to work as a team in an energising group challenge.
This is a free workshop suitable for ages 13-18 years.
