DESCRIPTION:Films and talks\, a book of original research and fascinating stories about the history of cinemas in the area. Mr Harold Willis\, a projectionist at the Beau Nash cinema will present anecdotes and memories. There will also be a special film screening of Cinema Paradiso at the Little Theatre Cinema on 17 May as well as films at the Museum throughout the summer and autumn. On 6 September Rock Around the Clock will be shown at Widcombe Social Club\, and on 8 November Battle of the Somme 1916 at Little Theatre Cinema.

This exhibition aims to recognise their invaluable contribution to art\, and to ensure that their legacy continues to inspire and enrich future generations.
