Needle felting workshop to create a pair of heart shaped pocket hugs, a small token, perfect for an anxious child, a friend in need, or just to let someone know you are thinking of them. This workshop is designed for a guardian and child, where each will make their own heart and swap them over to share their hug. Suitable for children 8+ accompanied by one guardian (ticket is for one adult and one child).

Begin by thinking of colour in an expressive way and learn how to apply it to paper with a range of marks in chalks, pastels, pens and explore the art of continuous line drawing whilst listening to the museums oral history archive.  These widely used techniques are great to build confidence and create drawings that are a unique response to sound and environment.
