Jeff Kinney, author of the international best-selling ‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid’ series will be coming to Bath Pavilion on Sunday 3rd December as part of the year-round programme of events offered by Bath Children’s Literature Festival and in partnership with Puffin Books. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see, in person, the author who has sold more than 194 million copies in print, worldwide.
Prepare for take-off with this hugely entertaining family event, inspired by Jeff’s new book, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Getaway which sees the Heffleys embark on a Christmas holiday they’ll never forget. Expect fun and games with great prizes up for grabs, plus an insight into Jeff’s experience as an author. At the end of the show there will be a chance for the audience to ask Jeff their burning questions.
Tickets go on sale today (28th September) at midday, priced at £8.50 per person. They can be purchased from Bath Box Office by phone on 01225 463362 or online HERE
This family event will appeal to children age 7+ and their parents. Jeff will be signing copies of his latest book after the event but pre-signed copies will also be available for families who do not want to queue. The pre-signed copies can be purchased when booking tickets in advance and will be ready for collection at the event. Due to time restraints, Jeff will not be able to write dedications.
