The Bowerhill Primary School PTA has launched its first ever online silent auction. The auction is running from 1-14 October and features an array of great lots which have kindly been donated by local businesses.
Bowerhill PTA are holding this auction to raise funds for Bowerhill Primary School and hope to raise enough to purchase a new projector for the school hall. The projector is used most days, as well as for community film nights.
Among the items available are a night’s glamping for five, a family ticket to Steam in Swindon, a Hugo Boss watch, designer sunglasses, a photography workshops and so much more!
Anyone can view the auction anonymously but in order to bid you will need to either log into an existing account or create a new account.
There is also a donation button for anyone who doesn’t want to bid but would like to make a contribution. Every penny helps!
Nicky Hobday, PTA Chair, said, “The PTA thought they’d try a new way of fundraising and a silent auction seemed a good thing to try. The school is in need of a new projector for the main hall and all funds raised from the auction will go towards buying this. We hope it will be a great success!”
