David is also planning on trialling for the World Age Group championships which will be held at the end of the year.
David trains at Team Bath Evolution (TBE) at Bath University. The club is open to all ages and runs classes on Monday (6-9pm), Wednesday (7-9pm), Friday (6-9pm) and Saturday (2-5pm). The club trains a number of different groups on both the trampoline and DMT (double mini trampoline), from recreational use up to Elite gymnasts who compete at national level.
For the gymnasts in the NDP programme, they take part in gradings three times, from October through to March, with the aim of qualifying for the South West team in March. Those successful in being selected for the team, compete in the National Team Finals and NDP semi finals in Birmingham, with the top eight from this competition going through to the National NDP Finals.
