News, events and schools' information for families across Bath and West Wiltshire

Join the RUHX – the official charity for the Royal United Hospital – on the 10 December, at All Saints Church, Weston, to welcome in the Christmas season with a magical evening of festive performances, readings, and refreshment. This is a wonderful opportunity that promises to bring the local community together to enjoy the holiday spirit while supporting your local hospital.

The evening will be hosted by celebrity antiques expert Paul Martin, with live performances from local choirs, bands and solo musicians, readings from local members of the community and RUH staff members, your chance to win brilliant festive prizes in our Christmas raffle and enjoy seasonal refreshments and delicious festive treats.

Ruby Guymer-Parker, Community & Volunteer Officer, RUHX, said, “We’re really excited to be holding this event in the heart of the local community. 2024 is an important year for RUHX as we celebrate our 25th anniversary as Official NHS Charity of the Royal United Hospitals Bath, and we can’t wait to celebrate on the 10th December. This event is open to everyone, all in support of your local hospital, to help the RUH to do more for our patients, their families, and our amazing NHS staff.”

You can find further information about the musicians, speakers and more all over on the RUHX website RUHX.org.uk.
