The Bird of Prey Project in Bath is hosting a repeat of its exciting spin on Halloween on 30 October 2024, Halloween Haunted Hawks.
This perfect family evening event is suitable for all ages and kicks off with a stunning dusk flying display over a pumpkin scattered meadow, which could well include the opportunity to experience three stunning raptors in flight – including a silent flying Eagle Owl gliding overhead as the sun sets.
As well as exploring the centre after hours and visiting over 20 different birds in their home, visitors can also enjoy the 6pm Haunted Hunt, Owl-o-ween craft or even have their face painted! Not to mention the infamous Creepie Crawlie trail, giving young people a great insight into just how important invertebrates are for wild ecosystems in the UK.
And even better – prizes are being given out for best or spookiest dressed! Let your costume imagination fly! Or just wear whatever is comfortable for you.
100% of proceeds from ticket sales go direct to The Bird of Prey Project Charity, working to recover habitats for wild raptor species in the local area, provide education to all corners of our communities and make a national difference for the welfare of birds of prey.
And if Halloween isn’t your thing, there’s more coming up at Christmas with cosy Christmas Owl Evenings, flying displays and more.
