Sessions will cover the logic of KGHypnobirthing, techniques for relaxation, before birth and the birth itself, breathing exercises, deep relaxations, positive birth affirmations, visualisations, massage techniques to release tension, simple practice regime to support you at home, how your birth partner can support you, simple physiology of labour and birth, connection between mind and body, how to release fear and build confidence, how the maternity system works and how to work with it to achieve the best result for you and your baby​, as well as the opportunity to meet other expectant parents.
