Featuring many well-loved songs, dancing and of course plenty of 'splurge'! Set in prohibition era New York, follow happy-go-lucky Bugsy Malone and wannabe singer Blousey Brown try to find success and love, in a city run by mobster-kids wielding whipped-cream-firing 'splurge-guns' as gang leaders Fat Sam and Dandy Dan compete for dominance.
