Get in the spirit for a winter wedding – travel back in time to celebrate with some 17th-century festivities inspired by former residents William Blathwayt and Mary Wynter who married at Christmas time in 1686.
There will be a family trail from 16 December linked to winter weddings and gifts. There will also be a poetry trail, aimed at adults running through the quiet terraces area offering an opportunity to reflect on 17th-century seasonal verse in a peaceful setting.
