Make your way through the decorated rooms to find Mother and Father Christmas’ grotto. Each family will have exclusive time with Father and Mother Christmas a receive a special Christmas gift. Pre-booking required.
19 Decmber: SEND family day. No audio will be played in the Palace buildings and each family will have their own timeslot with Father Christmas with less queuing. Families will be contacted ahead of time to discuss how best suit their individual needs can be supported.
