Connection Through Sound: a Gong bath journey at the Wiltshire Music Centre

Indulge in one on one time with your child. Connect to yourself and each other through the experience of sound and vibration at this special event. The enchanting tones and vibrations of gongs and other instruments work harmoniously to bring focus to the mind, soothe the nervous system, and rejuvenate the body. This is a great introduction to the gong and the benefits of sound therapy for everyone (ages 10+) with an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the Gong and other instruments.

You will need to take something to lie on, such as a yoga mat(s), blanket and a pillow for your head. Places are limited to 15 families.
