A two-session course teaching practical, informative and useful techniques for the birth, as well as during pregnancy and beyond. The content includes: breath work, relaxation techniques, visualisations, booklet, links to useful information, real birth videos, and access to The Wise Hippo Hub. Our course also covers helpful information on breast feeding, what to expect once your baby arrives and the fourth trimester.
The course also includes a complimentary pregnancy massage (to be taken anytime after booking onto the course).
