Medieval Falconry Day at The Bishop’s Palace
10th April 2023 – 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Tony from Raptorcare, will entertain crowds with a day of fantastic flying displays, fascinating information and beautiful birds; displays will take place at 12pm and 3pm.
Aimed at all ages of visitor, displays will illustrate how these birds would have been used in Medieval times and why. Marvel at their skill and training as they show off their well-honed moves in front of the audience and in between displays, visitors can have the chance to handle some of the birds.
