Mindfulness and Creativity Day
June 30 – 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
£47Join writer and community arts facilitator and author, Ruth Hill, and mindfulness coach, Loran King, on a creative retreat at the rewilding project, Found Outdoors CiC. Be guided to focus on your senses and gently calm even the busiest of minds, then take time to get creative in nature and explore the world around you in words. There will also be a tour and talk about Found Outdoors CIC and their project as you wander back through the site to have drinks and home-made cakes. The day will end with another guided opportunity to use writing to unfold and unfurl your thoughts and a final meditation. No experience necessary.
