A workshop with Jess Oldfield, Nutritionist about the importance of nutrition during pregnancy. Topics will include changes in you and your baby’s nutritional needs throughout each stage, coping with morning sickness, food safety, gut support for improved infant immune function, meal and snack inspiration and supplements.
