Parent & baby forest bathing at American Museum

A special free taster session for a new parent and their baby to come together in a group with others, to enjoy the woodland and learn techniques for calm restoration with forest bathing. Please note, if you are not a member, you will need to purchase admission to the American Museum & Gardens.
