Self-defence Workshop with the Mighty Girls in Bradford on Avon

Workshop combining practical self-defence skills with a focus on movement, breath work, relaxation, and posture. This holistic approach enhances self-awareness and equips you to cope effectively in various situations. Learn essential skills to boost your safety and confidence in a friendly and fun environment and learn self-defence techniques, meet other girls and build confidence and empowerment. Places limited to 16 for all girls from Years 7-10.
