An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until 30th August 2024
A range of activities throughout the exhibition space and lecture rooms as well as the “Name the Jurassic Crocodile” competition.
Activities include Is it Treasure? exploring artefacts using using your sense of touch to decide whether it is treasure; Darwin’s Finches: collect seeds, beetles, and worms with different tools representing different beak shapes; My Museum: create a temporary display cabinet to showcase your key messages; and Optical Illusions: create and take home a 200-year-old optical illusion.
