Meet Farmer Christmas as he does the rounds before the big day. Groups of up to 10 children will sit in the roundhouse with Farmer Christmas and his elves and each receive a small present to take home. There will also be a postbox for letters to the North Pole.

Enjoy some festive retail therapy in a beautiful, historic setting. The High Street Shop is hosting a Christmas pop-up shop in the village's Manger Barn. Not usually open to the public, this historic space will be the setting for a sparkling Christmas ship, where you'll be able to buy quality, sustainable gifts and local artisanal crafts.

Fairytales meet a Victorian Christmas in this immersive storytelling experience, perfect for both the young and the young at heart. Discover the three bears' Christmas feast, follow Hansel's trail to the tea-room and listen to some fairy tales in the Library. Throughout Christmas there will be a free activity sheet to keep little minds occupied and storytelling sessions at the weekends. 

A large variety of local artisan stalls hosting to local produce and gifts as well as mulled wine, refreshments and minced pies.    

Volunteers from the Museum’s Education Team will be dressed in Victorian Costume and will share some of the history and traditions of Christmas in times gone by. The Museum will close at 4.30pm ahead of the Radstock Christmas Lights switch on at The Wheel at 5.00pm.
