A great way to get those broken household objects and toys working again - the skilled volunteers can try to fix electrical and mechanical items, furniture, clothing, toys and more. Donations to cover running costs are always welcome.

With lots of family-friendly activities and stands: emergency vehicles, a children’s health stand with storytelling and role playing activities, activities from the RUH nursery, Riverside. People can book swimming slots, bouncy castle, facepainting and fairground-style games. There will also be an opportunity to meet staff and find out about life at the hospital in an informal environment.

A fun-filled matchday experience as the men’s team take on Enfield Town with reduced ticket prices and free for under-12s (must be accompanied by an adult). In addition, there will be children’s activities around the ground from 2pm including a speed shot ‘Beat the Goalie’ game (U16’s only), ice cream van and face painting. Interactive sessions for children and carers to spend time together with drama, singing, crafting and story time activities inspired by the features of the Abbey, led by practitioner Holly Dabbs.
