From the frozen surface of Saturn to the boiling heat of the Sainsbury's hot counter, they can take you anywhere in space and time! The team of talented performers joined by a live musician, create music and sound effects in a radiophonic workshop. Recommended for age 10+

Combining comedy with proper dance aerobics, this social fitness phenomenon is seriously good for the mind, body and soul. Dance unselfconsciously through multiple genres and laugh your way through the sessions. The session is run with your own silent disco headset so you can set the volume to your preferred level. Beginners welcome; recommended for ages 12+.

Comedians and improvisers are challenged to invent extravagant stories based on the Adventures of Baron Munchausen. All they have are their wits, a box of silly hats and the suggestions of an audience full of children to make sure it all ends happily ever after…!

An opportunity to have a go at some of Natural Street Theatre pieces led by members of the Company. Create your own comedy characters and learn improvisation skills, to bring them to life and interact with your audience. This fun workshop will give you an insight into the world of comedy street theatre. There will also be an opportunity to perform at the end of the day to show off your new skills. Suitable for ages 12–16 years, spaces limited.
