Water Babies is offering a series of free taster sessions at pools across Bath and Bristol for babies under one years old. The taster sessions take place on Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 July at the following venues –
Monday 3 July
– Claremont, Henleaze, Bristol – 5.30pm – suitable for babies from birth
– Church Farm, Winsley, Bath – 12.30pm – suitable for babies from 3 months
Tuesday 4 July
Gable Farm, Wraxall – 12.30 – suitable for babies from 3 months
Bryony Johnstone from Water Babies Bath and Bristol explained, “Swimming is so wonderful for babies. With the water supporting them, it allows them to move more freely than on land, helping their strength, coordination, balance and their growing brains develop connections. It helps establish sleeping and eating patterns, as well as healthy exercise habits.
