The Little Theatre Cinema in Bath has announced its next Autism Friendly Screenings – specially adapted to create an enjoyable cinema experience for people with autism and their families, friends and carers.

These Autism Friendly screenings are adapted in a variety of ways to help reduce anxiety and overstimulation and ensure a safe, enjoyable cinema experience for people with autism, and their families, friends and carers.
Adjustments include:
- No trailers or advertisements.
- Lights left on low throughout the film.
- Reduced volume.
- Freedom to move around, make noise and sit where you like.
- Guests are welcome to take a break and leave the screen whenever you need to.
- A relaxed and welcoming environment where staff are sensitive to the needs of children and families with autism.
