After a successful series of sports camps last summer, Discover Sports Camps are excited to introduce their Festival of Sport at Westonbirt School, taking place from Wednesday 3 to Friday 5 April. This energetic three-day residential camp offers a dynamic blend of sports training, team building and unforgettable experiences in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold countryside.
All children in Years 3-9 are welcome to attend. A residential option will be open to students in Years 5-9, whilst the day option is designed for students in Years 3-4.
Specialist Coaching
With a choice of sports each day, the Festival of Sport offers an experience tailored to your child’s interests. Expert coaches are set to deliver high quality training in netball, football, rugby, hockey, cricket and tennis. Specialist coaching will be provided by Team Bath netball coach Gilly Salter, South African coaches with South Gloucestershire Cricket, Switch Rugby, Lucy Davies from Haberdashers Monmouth Hockey and many more.
Beyond the scoreboard, the Festival of Sport will emphasise the importance of teamwork and camaraderie. Your child will forge connections and friendships with other players, while learning the value of collaboration both on and off the field. The camp will culminate in an awards ceremony and barbecue, which all parents are warmly invited to attend.

Attendees will have full use of the amazing site that is Westonbirt School throughout their stay. Residential: The full three-day residential camp costs a total of £315. This includes all coaching, 24-hour boarding care and three meals a day. This option is available for children in Years 5-9.
Day Camp: The day camp costs a total of £180 for all three days. This includes all coaching and care from 8.30am to 5.30pm, as well as lunch. This option is available for children in Years 3-4.
All sporting abilities are welcome. You do not need to be a Westonbirt School pupil to attend this camp.
